Confiscated for use with mobile phones while driving

A man in England was confiscated by driving after being found to use two phones at once while driving in automobiles.
The regulations as well as information about the dangers of using mobile phones while driving does not seem to make sense with Brit David Secker, 34, who lives in England, until the police arrested simultaneous use of two mobile phones while driving at a speed of 112.65 km / h.

According to police, Secker caught on the phone and the other hand a message to other mobile phones. He said look, there seems no any of Secker hands on the steering wheel. Notably, rather than being chased by police and ordered to stop the car, police Secker had to wait while he made the call and then finished out of the car.

Some newspapers said Secker has steering wheel controls with the knee, but he denies. Simon Nicholls, Secker's lawyer said, "controversy" that his client was just reading the phone number on the first two and one hand still holding the steering wheel.

However, police denied this and said that when caught, Secker holding a phone to the ear with his right hand while his other hand holding the phone Monday and press the action as a message.

After the trial took place in the city of Norwich, Secker was fined and temporarily hold licenses in 12 months. Answer after the hearing, lawyers Nicholls said: "Secker admits to breaking the law and this will be a lesson for him."

English Law prohibits the use of mobile devices while driving, but if you use the handsfree speaker feature on cell phones shall remain.
